Bridlington Sailing Coble Festival 2019

Bridlington Sailing Coble Preservation Society will be again holding their Coble Festival on the weekend of  Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th July starting around 9am each day.

Programme of Event (All times are approximate and subject to weather conditions)

Saturday 27th (High Water 13.01 hrs – 4.8m)

09.00 hrs Meet at the Harbour Musuem

09.30 to 10.30  hrs Crews preapre and board vessels

10.00 to 15.00 hrs Jim Eldon (The Brid Fiddler) will play seas songs and music near to the Harbour Museum.

10.30 to 15.00 hrs Cobles and historic vessels sail from moorings into Bridlington Bay

15.00 hrs Cobles back on moorings

15.30 hrs Event finishes for the day.

Variety of stands and stalls will be in the Vessel Maintenance Facility (VMF) at Clough Hole

Sunday 28th (High Water 14.09 hrs – 5.1m)

09.00 hrs Meet at the Harbour Heritage Musuem

10.00 to 15.00 hrs Jim Eldon (The Brid Fiddler) will play seas songs and music near to the Harbour Museum.

10.15 – 10.45 hrs Crews preapre and board vessels

10.45 to 16.00 hrs Cobles and historic vessels sail from moorings into Bridlington Bay

13.00 to 15.40 hrs The cobles will sail back into  the Bay for a couple of hours.

16.30 hrs  Event Closes, departures and farewells

Variety of stands and stalls will be in the Vessel Maintenance Facility (VMF) at Clough Hole
